Welcome to SC Americas Group – Ethics Helpline

The reputation and continued success of each company in SC Americas Group depends on its commitment to doing business with integrity and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. SC Americas Group companies are committed to an environment where open and honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. Each employee should feel comfortable in approaching his or her supervisor, human resources or management in instances where the employee believes compliance and ethical violations have occurred.

The importance of prompt reporting cannot be overemphasized. Even if you have discovered a problem that has been ongoing for some time, you should report it immediately. The earlier you report, the more options will be available for your company to effectively develop its response to the problem.

In situations where you prefer to make an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this Ethics Helpline, hosted by a third party provider, EthicsPoint. You may also ask a question on an anonymous basis if you choose.

You are encouraged to submit reports of compliance and ethical violations, including violations of company policies and possible instances of fraud against or involving your company. Any contacts or reports may be made without fear of reprisal or retaliation. If the reporting person is involved in the possible violation, reporting the problem will generally be considered a mitigating factor with respect to disciplinary action.
